Account balance and corrections

Your displayed balance reflects recorded deposits, stakes, wins, refunds, adjustments, withdrawals, and other valid transactions. If a technical or human error credits an incorrect amount, topph may correct the balance after reviewing the relevant records.

Chargebacks and disputed payments

Accepted and rejected instructions

You are responsible for a compatible device, supported software, internet access, data charges, and safe network use. No platform can guarantee that every device, browser, or connection will operate without interruption.

Privacy and communications

Information connected to your account is handled according to the topph Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Operational messages may cover verification, security, transactions, rule changes, or service notices.

Keep your email address and mobile details current so important messages can reach you. Never respond to a request asking you to disclose a password or one-time verification code.

Responsibility and financial risk

Updates and separation of terms

Closing or restricting an account

You may ask topph to close an account, subject to pending games, verification, security checks, open disputes, withdrawals, and legal record-keeping requirements. Closing an account does not cancel obligations created before closure.

topph may suspend or close access after a material breach, fraud concern, legal restriction, security risk, prolonged inactivity, provider requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate, valid remaining funds will be handled after required checks and adjustments.

If you want to stop because gaming is becoming difficult to control, use the Responsible Gaming process rather than requesting ordinary closure alone. A responsible-gaming restriction may provide stronger protection against reopening.
